NSURL のいろいろ
NSURL をエスケップしなければ、nil になる。
解決策：
mwcstr = [NSURL URLWithString:
[urlstr stringByAddingPercentEscapesUsingEncoding:NSUTF8StringEncoding]];
スペース、タブ trim
newsURL = [[news objectForKey:@"url"] stringByTrimmingCharactersInSet:[NSCharacterSet whitespaceAndNewlineCharacterSet]];
